A Specialty Pharmaceutical Company Focused on Its Next Stage
CROSSJECT continues its development trajectory with a clear ambition: to become a leading specialty pharmaceutical laboratory in emergency medicines for pre-hospital care. Our strategy remains focused on life-threatening emergency indications associated with active pharmaceutical ingredients whose benefits have already been demonstrated.
We are currently advancing several key development programs. ZEPIZURE®, indicated for neurotoxic agent attacks and epileptic seizures, is entering a decisive stage prior to registration. ZENEO® Adrenaline, indicated for severe allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock, as well as ZENEO® Hydrocortisone, indicated for the treatment of acute adrenal insufficiency, are also continuing their advanced development.
This dynamic is built on a key strength: the ZENEO® platform, whose clinical and technological performance has now been demonstrated. It enables us to anticipate shorter development cycles for future products, averaging three to five years. In the field of innovative medicines, this represents a major differentiating advantage.
A Specialty Pharmaceutical Company That Continues to Strengthen Its Industrial Capacity
The registration of a new medicine requires robust, well-controlled and reproducible industrial capacity. The batches produced must be representative of future commercial batches: these are not prototypes, but medicines manufactured under real production conditions and in significant volumes.
Since our production lines entered industrial operation, CROSSJECT has already manufactured and analyzed several tens of thousands of units. This solid industrial foundation enables us to strengthen our know-how, support our production ramp-up and prepare the next stages of capacity expansion. Above all, it enables us today to manufacture commercial batches as soon as marketing authorization is obtained.
We are also strengthening our organization to integrate new CDMO partners into our production process. This forward-looking approach ensures the availability of the ready-to-fill injectors required for testing, equipment set-up and qualification activities, while continuing the gradual expansion of our industrial capacity.
Finally, our continued growth also relies on a committed procurement strategy. Securing our supply chain to support increasing production volumes is a key pillar of our industrial trajectory.
A Specialty Pharmaceutical Company Building Its Commercial Model
CROSSJECT is actively preparing the commercialization of its ZENEO® Drug combinations, in line with its regulatory and industrial timeline. Our business model is primarily based on distribution agreements with partners, defined by geographic territory and indication.
This approach is already creating value through the sale of distribution licenses (Eton Pharma, AFT, etc.) and government procurement contract (United States). It enables CROSSJECT to generate revenue while preparing for the next stages of commercialization.
ZEPIZURE® is a specific case, made possible by the limited number of prescribers in epilepsy and the pricing levels for this indication in the United States.
Developing, manufacturing and commercializing: the pages being written today fully reflect our evolution toward becoming an integrated specialty pharmaceutical laboratory, ready to support its next stages of growth.
